Terms of Service

1. The Service

Converta helps you generate Amazon product listing content (titles, bullet points, descriptions, keyword and compliance suggestions) using third-party AI providers. You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing it, and for ensuring it complies with Amazon's policies, applicable advertising/consumer-protection law, and any third-party rights. We do not guarantee that generated content will be accepted by Amazon or will improve sales or rankings.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@getconverta.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Plans, credits & billing

The Service is offered on a Free plan (a limited number of one-time signup credits, no payment required) and paid subscription plans (currently "Lite") billed monthly in advance. Additional paid plans may be introduced or removed at any time; existing subscribers on a discontinued plan will be notified before any change takes effect on their next billing cycle.

Paid credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over or accumulate. Credits (free or paid) have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are forfeited if unused at the end of a billing cycle or upon account termination.

4. Payment processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor, which acts as the merchant of record for these transactions. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your full payment card details; Stripe handles all card data directly. Prices are shown in EUR and may include applicable taxes depending on your location.

5. Renewal & cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account's billing settings (via the Stripe customer portal); cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, and you retain access and any remaining credits until then. We do not prorate or refund partial billing periods on cancellation.

6. Refunds

All charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by applicable law (for example, EU/UK consumer withdrawal rights for digital services, which you expressly waive once you begin using the Service's premium features immediately after purchase, to the extent permitted by law). If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@getconverta.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review it in good faith.

7. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we (via Stripe) may retry the charge automatically. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be downgraded to the Free plan or suspended until payment succeeds.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to generate unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or misleading content; to circumvent usage limits or credit metering; to resell or provide the Service to third parties without our consent; or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems.

9. Third-party AI providers

Generated content is produced using third-party AI models (via OpenRouter and/or other providers). We are not liable for inaccuracies, biases, or errors in AI-generated output. Always review generated content before use.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or suspected fraudulent or abusive use. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us; outstanding subscription periods are handled as described in Section 5.

11. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not affiliated with Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates, and no Amazon Seller Central account access is required or requested to use the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes affecting paid subscribers will be notified by email or in-app before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
